Marisa ROBERTO is the managing partner, involved with the litigation department within the lawfirm LR AVOCATS.
She has been admitted as a Member of the Luxembourg Bar Association in 1997, and she is Avocat à la Cour since 1999.
After graduating the European School of Luxembourg, she obtained a degree in private and European law with the University Robert Schuman of Strasbourg (France) in 1995, followed by a DEA (Diplôme d'Etudes Approfondies) in European Law, in 1996.
Marisa ROBERTO founded, together with Lydie LORANG, LR AVOCATS in September 2009.
The main practice areas of Marisa ROBERTO are within the Private and Civil Law area.
She specialises in civil and commercial litigation as well as in Family Law. Marisa ROBERTO is a well known and respected litigator and succesfully advises since 1999 local and international clients in all areas of Civil Law, with particular focus on Labour Law, as well in Construction and Real Estate Law.
She also enjoys an excellent reputation as a litigator in issues related to Divorce Law, Inheritence Law, acknowledment of Paternity Law, and Child Law and in general, Family Law.
She is also author to various articles in Law specialised press.
